Dear Darwin,
I have never in my life read such blasphemous and grossly crude
comments made about God.
I have to say, that if I was God, I would be tempted to strike you
down dead before you
could do anymore damage to His name. But, I have learned,
through my own experience with God, that He is very definitely
and truly a God of love, forgiveness and justice. And
I know He loves you, too, in spite of your GREAT ignorance and daring
blasphemy. Mercy is extended as long as we're alive, then
Justice. One day, you, and people of like mind, will find out that
they were wrong about God..... but it will be forever too late, and,
justice will have been done. You'll remember what I'm saying
one day, if you continue on the course you're
on.
What you see in the world today (i.e., "holy
wars", starvation, etc., is not the
work of God, but the work of His counter-part,
Satan. What is happening in the world today
is a result of PEOPLE (not God) inviting Satan to use
them in these destructive ways. They have rejected God and His
righteousness and have chosen to hate, and have chosen greed and
covetousness,etc., to be their gods. They have not followed the
teachings of Jesus to do good and to love their fellow
man. That is why we see so much destruction
in our world. It is because people have forgotten God and are filled
with their own lusts. God is going to come back and put an end to
all the madness one day, (hopefully soon). (Don't forget that truly
innocent souls will go to a place of love and peace when they die, and all
their former suffering - which was tragic - will no longer be
remembered).
The Bible, in 2 Timothy 3:1- says, "This know also, that in
the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers
of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud,
blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
without natural affection, truce-breakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
having a form of godliness but denying
the power thereof (saying they are of God but their actions
deny it) ...Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the
truth... But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving
and being deceived..."
Remember, that Jesus Himself was against hypocrites and those
that professed to be holy, (to belong to God), but were full of
extortion and hatred and greed, etc. - those that were the cause
of all the ugliness in the world. "For I say, unto you,
That except your righteousness shall exceed the
righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into
the Kingdom of Heaven." LOVE -
this was Jesus' message to the world: "But I
say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse
you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them
which ....for He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the
good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." In
Matthew 25:35 - 46, "Inasmuch as you have done it (given drink
to the thirsty, bread to the hungry, clothed the naked, etc.)
unto one of the least of these, my brethren, ye have done it unto Me...
and inasmuch as ye have done it NOT unto one of the least of these...ye
did it NOT to Me. And these shall go away into everlasting
punishment: but the (truly) righteous into life eternal."
(Everlasting punishment was created for the devil and his angels. It
was never intended for mankind. But when mankind chooses to follow
the evils of Satan, and make him their master, their God, then it only
stands to reason that they would share the same home in eternity where
they will never more be able to cause evil and destruction).
These are just a few scriptures to remind you that God's message to
the world was LOVE, but man has rejected this message and chosen hate and
greed, and that, my friend, is the reason, as
I said before, for all the stuff in the world that has caused your
bitterness toward God. You should redirect your anger and blasphemy
toward Satan, who is the real cause of all the mess.
