Hey there,

Just wanted to give you accolades on your site and the accurate depiction you give of the Gospel. You have given what appears to be a no biased description of what Christians believe. Although you did somewhat miss the mark on the Trinity. There is a paradox that we are asked to believe in as Christians, and that is of God being a single entity, yet containing 3 separate although equal parts ( father, son, holy spirit ). It is a difficult thing to comprehend, but that's why it's called faith.

You mentioned thinkers and believers. I would consider myself to be both. Although I do believe in the existence of God and of Christ, I have questioned all parts of it from beginning to end. I have asked God to prove his existence to me more than once, and He has come through each and every time.

I would agree with your statements of people in todays society rejecting religion. I myself reject religion. But the acceptance of spirituality is on the rise ( check out the whole psychic / new age deal )  . Jesus never asked us to be religious. In fact he went after the religious of his time, calling them openly hypochrits ( even calling the major Jewish leaders of the time a brood of vipers ) .

You also mention that Jesus hasn't shown himself in over 2000 years. We'll, I think that his explanation of that would be that he left this world so that another could take his place. That would be the Holy Spirit. Whom I interact with daily.

So anyway, I stumbled upon your site by accident when I was looking for tomorrows weather at transport canada and there's a party goin' on here and the beer is running out. So, would love to hear back from you. Catch me at *****@*****.net.

Later,
