Subject: Your doubt about Jesus

Hi Darwin

I've looked at some of the responses and they are worthy of thought.  However as one response stated Christianity is not about church, ministers, faith statements, good or bad deeds, etc., but rather about a personal relationship with Jesus.

Jesus promises in both the Old Testament and the New that whoever seriously seeks Him, will find Him.  I can vouch for that statement.

If you discovered a map for a large treasure, would you throw the map away because you saw no one else looking for the treasure or would you research the find yourself?  Take Jesus for His Word.  Make a serious efford to find Him by asking Him to show Himself to you.  Do this quietly by yourself.  God works within the spirit and you will feel His presence if you seriously try.  What have you got to loose?  Only you will know.  Once you do find Him you will understand the true meaning of the Gospel.

I pray you will make the effort.  God bless you.

Charles Colson, former president Richard Nixon's chief aid,  had reached the pinnacle of his life, then lost it in Watergate, spent time in prison and now writes and speaks across the US and in many federal prisons.  He has written a book called 'How now shall we live'.  Read it.  You may find it extremely interesting.
