Hello Darwin,
I would like to say that i do
NOT agree with your web-site at all. In the early 1900's, EVERYONE was
Christian, there were not any other kinds of religion, at least here in Canada.
Everyone went to church every Sunday, it was not as though there was
a decision to make... yu had to. That's okay that you are an atheist,
because today there are many different kinda of religions, but i do not
think that bashing the ways things had been earlier. (Such as the 1900's as
mentioned before.) Things have changed so much in the past couple of years,
towards your way, (atheism). For example, there is no prayer in schools any
more, no reading the bible, etc. But, if you celebrate Christmas, then I
think that if you complain about "having to hear songs and music rejoicing the
birthday of our Lord" is not acceptable. Christmas is the birth of our Lord, if
you are not a Christian, then you should NOT celebrate Christmas, simple as
that. I came to your sight by accident, but I am now glad that i came to
it. I am definitely not bashing any other religion, or atheism for that
matter, but i don't think that it is necessary to bash the PAST of what used to
be of Christianity, and still as a matter a fact, it still should be.
Sincerely,
